We have found the cause for the issue, our object storage was unable to keep up with the increase in users. Scaling up the object storage servers resolved the issue.

We are still awaiting resolution of our ticket, but it appears that storage provisioning is back to working normally.

The issue has been resolved, I apologize for the inconvenience. Some apps may have experienced downtime of approximately 10-30 minutes.

We found no problem with our SMTP configuration, but we believe that the issue is related to ongoing issues at our hosting provider.

We are still monitoring the situation, but for now, everything seems to be back to normal.
